Africa: Over 9.3 Million Covid-19 Recoveries Across Continent

As of January 21, 2022, confirmed cases of Covid-19 from 55 African countries reached  10,485,879 while over  204,551,125 vaccinations have been administered across the continent.

Reported deaths in Africa reached  235,225 and  9,342,976 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases  3,572,860 and  93,846 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco (  1,078,002 ), Tunisia (  817,051 ), Ethiopia (  460,602 ), Egypt (  405,393 ), Libya  (  401,444 )  and Kenya (  319,379 )
