Reported deaths in Africa reached 252,881 and 9,673,562 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases of 3,791,125 and 100,363 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco ( 1,164,953 ) , Tunisia ( 1,040,193 ), Egypt ( 515,645 ), Libya ( 501,904 ), Ethiopia ( 470,568 ), and Kenya ( 323,773 ).
