Africa: Over 9.6 Million Covid-19 Recoveries Confirmed Across Continent

As of April 30, 2022, confirmed cases of Covid-19 from 55 African countries reached   11,732,237 while over 292,511,509 vaccinations have been administered across the continent.

Reported deaths in Africa reached  252,881 and    9,673,562 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases of  3,791,125 and  100,363 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco (  1,164,953 ) , Tunisia ( 1,040,193 ), Egypt (  515,645 ), Libya (  501,904 ),  Ethiopia (  470,568 ), and Kenya (  323,773 ).
