Africa: Nearly 9.9 Million Covid-19 Recoveries Across Continent

As of May 30, 2022, confirmed cases of Covid-19 from 55 African countries reached  11,717,235 while  300,045,934 vaccinations have been administered across the continent.

Reported deaths in Africa reached  253,884 and  9,847,764 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases of  3,953,967 and  101,146 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco (  1,167,894 ) , Tunisia (  1,042,362 ), Egypt (  515,645 ), Libya (  501,904 ),  Ethiopia (  472,232  ), and Kenya (  324,768 ).
