Angola: President João Lourenço Appoints State Inspector General

Luanda — Angola's President João Lourenço appointed Wednesday in Luanda Sebastião Domingos Gunza to the position of Inspector General of State Administration.

The General Inspectorate of State Administration (IGAE) is the auxiliary body of the President of the Republic and Holder of the Executive Power.

IGAE is tasked with carrying out the administrative internal control of the Public Administration, through Inspection, Auditing, Supervision, Control , Inquiries and Investigations of the activity of all organs, bodies and services of the State's Direct and Indirect Administration, as well as the autonomous administrations.

Born on February 17, 1969 in Ambaca, northern Cuanza-Norte province, Sebastião Gunza is a lawyer by profession.
