8 November 2022

Nairobi — The Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Alliance will be represented by Likoni Member of Parliament Mishi Mboko, her counterpart from Mavoko Patrick Makau and Isiolo Senator Fatuma Dullo in the powerful Parlaimentary Service Commission (PSC).

This is after the National Assembly approved the names that were tabled by Majority Leader Kimani Ichung'wa.

In the Kenya Kwanza Alliance, they will be represented by Nyandarua Women Rep Faith Gitau,Nyali MP Mohammed Ali, Nominated Senator Joyce Korir and Laikipia Senator Nderitu Kinyua.

Confusion had rocked the Raila Odinga led coalition over the sharing of the slots following a tussle between Jubilee party and Wiper party on who would field a representative for the position.

Azimio had been given three slots where they are supposed to nominate two names from the National Assembly and one from the Senate while Kenya Kwanza Alliance were given four slots.
