Algeria's Security Council Membership - Recognition of Its International Standing

Cairo — President of the Arab Parliament, Adel Benabderrahmane Al-Assoumi, congratulated the Algerian President, Government, people and Parliament on the election of Algeria on Tuesday by the United Nations General Assembly as a non-permanent member of the Security Council for the period 2024/2025, saying that its election constituted a "qualitative contribution to Arab diplomacy and a recognition of Algeria's place at international level.
