President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued a decree approving a letter of exchange between Egypt and Japan on the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA)'s provision of a loan worth JPY 41 billion for the first phase of Cairo metro Line 4.
The agreement was signed in Cairo on December 26, 2022.
The decree was published in the official gazette.
