Nairobi — Kenya Airways (KQ) CEO Allan Kilavuka has been re-elected to sit on the African Airlines Association (AFRAA) Executive Committee.
Kilavuka will be serving in the position for the second term until the 56th Annual General Assembly is held in Egypt next year.
"Kenya Airways has been an active member of the Association that champions the interests of the member airlines in Africa," AFRAA said in a statement.
"He has been a staunch champion of airline consolidation, repatriation of airline blocked funds, innovation in aviation, operational efficiency, sustainability, among other things."
