Monrovia — The Africa Caribbean SMEs Network and Investment Group (ACSMEN) has announced its innovative approach towards employment, which aims at empowering Liberians and building a new generation of successful business owners. The organization is employing intrapreneurs who will drive innovation and creativity to inspire many young people towards self-sufficiency through knowledge and skills acquisition.

With its African headquarters set to launch in Liberia by April 2024, ACSMEN is committed to making a positive impact on the country and the continent as a whole. The organization recognizes that investing in human capital is a crucial step in developing a sustainable economy, preventing unemployment, and promoting entrepreneurship. ACSMEN's approach to employment through intrapreneurship is ideal for Liberians and Liberia, given its positioning as the host of the maiden and first Africa Caribbean SMEs Investment Summit scheduled to take place in June 2024.

The summit will be attended by over 5000 SMEs online and in-person visitors from across 19 Caribbean countries, as well as 54 African nations. The event is expected to foster partnerships, collaborations, and economic development, creating opportunities for small, medium, and large enterprises.
