Kenya: Network Airline Services Appointed As FlyDubai's GSSA in Kenya

Network Airline Services (NAS) has been selected as the General Sales and Services Agent (GSSA) for flydubai in Kenya.

Sarah Wangui, the managing director of NAS is quoted by Logistics Update saying they will start handling the airline from January 1, 2024, almost a year since the Dubai based carrier started directs flights between UAE and Kenya's coastal city of Mombasa.

The partnership is a milestone for both entities, marking flydubai's expansion into the Kenyan market and NAS's role in facilitating air cargo sales and capacity for the Dubai-based carrier.

flydubai's entered the Kenyan market this year in February offering direct flights to Mombasa, with a four-times weekly service.

This expansion augments flydubai's footprint in Africa, elevating its network to encompass 11 destinations across 10 diverse countries.

The introduction of flights to Mombasa not only enhances connectivity between the UAE and Kenya but also facilitates trade, tourism, and cultural exchanges between the two nations.

NAS's role as flydubai's GSSA extends beyond Kenya, encompassing two other East African nations, Tanzania and Uganda, as well as the Netherlands in Europe.

flydubai's network expansion is emblematic of its commitment to providing seamless connectivity and travel options to passengers worldwide.

With a fleet of 86 aircraft serving more than 125 destinations in 58 countries, flydubai continues to solidify its position as a leading player in the aviation industry, offering unparalleled access and convenience to travelers across diverse markets.
