Ugandan pilgrims have returned home after a triumphant pilgrimage to Makkah and Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This year, in June 2024, over 1,500 Ugandans joined millions worldwide in performing the sacred Hajj rituals, supported by Salam TV, Weli Travel, Muzaata Hajj and Umrah Tours, and Uganda Airlines.
The Hajj, one of Islam's five pillars, drew 1,833,164 participants globally, including 958,137 men and 875,027 women. Ugandan pilgrims completed their spiritual journey smoothly, thanks to their dedicated travel partners.
