The Chief of Defence Forces (CDF), General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, has extended heartfelt condolences and financial support to families affected by the tragic shooting incident that occurred on October 20, 2024, in Paimol village, Agago District.

The incident, involving UPDF soldier Private Ameny Bonny, resulted in the deaths of three people and left three others injured.

Through his deputy, Lt Gen Sam Okiding, the CDF handed over shs5 million to each of the bereaved families and shs3 million to the injured.
