South Africa: Energy Committee to Be Briefed On Rollover Project of Pre-Paid Meters

Parliament, Wednesday, 27 November 2024 - The Portfolio Committee on Electricity and Energy, will today receive an update from the Minister of Electricity and Energy, Dr Kgosientso Ramokgopa and Eskom on the Standard Transfer Specification (STS) - Token Identifier (TID) rollover project (update of pre-paid meters).

The committee will also be briefed by the Minister and the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy on the Integrated National Electrification Programme (INEP)].
