Kenya: Oracle, Infobip Boost Global Messaging With New Integration Tools

Nairobi — Infobip, a global cloud communications platform, has strengthened its partnership with Oracle to streamline omnichannel messaging for businesses worldwide through a new integration with Oracle Integration.

The enhanced collaboration introduces Infobip's Omnichannel Messaging Adapter, allowing businesses to easily manage communication channels like WhatsApp and RCS within Oracle and third-party platforms.

The tool offers low-code or no-code deployment, cutting development time and enabling faster customer engagement.

Infobip also rolled out a prebuilt Accelerator for Oracle's B2C Service, enabling two-way support communications via SMS and WhatsApp.

The move aims to help companies deliver seamless, secure, and scalable conversational experiences.

"The partnership enables enterprises to simplify connectivity and fast-track digital engagement," said Oracle VP Deepak Arora.

Infobip Chief Alliances Officer Veselin Vuković noted the integration caters to diverse sectors through a flexible, user-friendly solution.
