Uganda: Pearl Magic Announces Extension of Watching Days for Local TV Drama, Damalie

Pearl Magic Prime has announced that Damalie, the hit Ugandan TV drama and winner of Best TV Drama at the 2025 Uganda Film Festival, will now air five days a week starting Monday, July,7 2025.

Previously airing three times a week, the show's growing popularity and overwhelming viewer demand have led to its expansion.

Fans can now catch Damalie every weekday from Monday to Friday at 8:30 PM on Pearl Magic Prime, DStv Channel 148, and GOtv Channel 303.

In this new season, the storyline takes an intense and darker turn, with the introduction of compelling new characters.

Among them is Solaire Mbidde, Damalie's ruthless sister-in-law, who emerges as her latest adversary. Also joining the series are Solaire's adopted sons, Josiah and Owen, whose ambitions, rivalries, and romantic pursuits add new layers of intrigue--especially as both fall for Zabuli, a mysterious young woman with a secret past linked to Damalie.

As Damalie finds herself fleeing justice, navigating betrayals, and confronting personal losses, viewers can expect even more twists, shocking revelations, and power struggles throughout the week.

Pearl Magic Prime is encouraging viewers to mark their calendars for 7th July 2025, promising action-packed episodes throughout the week. The network is also inviting fans to follow updates and join discussions on social media.

Additionally, viewers can take advantage of MultiChoice Uganda's "We've Got You" promotion, which runs until 31st July 2025.
