South Africa: Nabi - Pre-Season Loss Was a Valuable Lesson

Kaizer Chiefs coach Nasreddine Nabi views their Toyota Cup loss to Asante Kotoko as a valuable learning experience.

Despite losing on penalties, Nabi was pleased with his team's performance, calling it "perfect overall".

Chiefs are just two weeks away from their Betway Premiership opener; and Nabi believes this game helped identify areas for improvement.

"We have to correct the negative parts," he emphasised post-match.

Nabi is optimistic about the team's physical preparedness, saying it is "very positive and in the right direction".

He urged fans to focus on the positives, using this experience to build a stronger team for the upcoming season. With the season about to kick off, Nabi's message is clear: Chiefs are working hard to get ready.
