Uganda: Police Officers Trained in Customer Care and Records Management to Boost Service Delivery

The Uganda Police Force has conducted a one-day sensitization workshop aimed at enhancing officers' capacity in customer care and records management.

Held at the Police Headquarters in Naguru, the training brought together officers from various directorates to improve how they handle public interactions, manage official records, and support retirees within the Force.

The session was officially opened by the Director of Human Resource Administration, AIGP Jesse Kamunanwire, who emphasized the importance of professionalism, empathy, and efficient service delivery in modern policing.

"We are not only here to enforce the law but also to serve the people with dignity and respect," said Kamunanwire.
