Kenya/Zambia: Kenya Announce Six Fan Zones in Nairobi Ahead of Sunday's TotalEnergies CHAN 2024 Fixture Against Zambia

Kenya Local Organizing Committee ("LOC") together with Kenya Government have confirmed six official Fan Zones in Nairobi for the Kenya's decisive Group A match at the TotalEnergies African Nations Championship ("CHAN") PAMOJA 2024 against Zambia on Sunday, 17 August.

The match will be played at Kasarani Stadium at 15h00 Local Time.

The six official fan zones will be located at:

  • Uhuru Park (CBD)
  • Lucky Summer - Ngomongo (behind Kasarani Stadium)
  • Dandora Stadium
  • Utalii - Stima Club
  • Jacaranda Grounds
  • Kibera DC Grounds

The Kenyan Government, working closely with Local Organizing Committee, Football Kenya Federation ("FKF") and CAF have introduced enhanced measures including:

  • Enhanced security at check points
  • Ticket scanning for authentication
  • Counterfeit ticket detection protocols
  • Increased security presence in and around Stadiums

Only spectators with valid Electronic match tickets will be allowed into Kasarani Stadium, while fans without tickets are encouraged to visit the Fan Zones.
