Angola: Polio Campaign - Over a Thousand Children Vaccinated in Mussulo

Ramiros — A total of 1,929 children up to 5 years of age were vaccinated against polio from the 15th to the 17th of the current month in the municipality of Mussulo, in Luanda.

In a brief statement to ANGOP, the Municipal Director of Health, Teresa Jamba, emphasized that the three-day campaign surpassed expectations which had an initial forecast vaccination of 1,882 children.

Therefore, Teresa Jamba praised the commitment of the community teams during the vaccination process.
