The African Development Bank Group and the governments of the United Kingdom and Ghana will co-host the final meeting of the Seventeenth Replenishment of the African Development Fund (ADF-17) in London, UK from 15 to 16 December 2025.

The African Development Fund is the Bank Group's concessional window, providing critical resources to 37 low-income African countries. It supports projects that advance climate resilience, regional integration, private sector development, and governance reforms.

Over the past year, the Fund has engaged development partners in a series of consultations to define priorities and the financing framework for ADF-17. The process will conclude in London with the adoption of a financing package covering the 2026-2028 cycle.

This final meeting comes at a pivotal moment as partners work together to sustain the Fund's strong development impact and shared benefits across Africa and globally. The ADF-17 report, funding levels, and terms of replenishment will be approved during this session.
