Angola: Unitel League - Petro Faces Desportivo in a 15 Round Rescheduled Match

Luanda — Petro de Luanda faces Desportivo da Huíla, at 4 PM on Thursday (19), in Luanda, in a rescheduled match from the 15th round of the National Championship "Unitel League Girabola 2025/26", to be played at the Estádio 11 de Novembro.

Petro de Luanda, leaders of the competition with 36 points, seek to win and increase their advantage to 6 points over rival 1º de Agosto (2nd, with 33 pts) and 7 over Wiliete de Benguela (3rd, with 32 pts).

Regardless of the result, the team led by Flávio Amado finishes the first half of the season in the lead.

Desportivo da Huíla, currently 12th in the standings with 16 points, aims to challenge the favoritism of the national champion and improve or maintain a comfortable position out of the red zone.
