"Technical staff must regularly visit project sites and stay involved to ensure work is done well. Contractors should carefully study the Bills of Quantities before starting work, and all stakeholders must work with commitment, honesty, and patriotism."

The Deputy Town Clerk, Justus Ampeire, highlighted the need for continuous supervision from start to finish to ensure quality workmanship and proper use of public funds:

"Teamwork and the involvement of local leaders and community members promote transparency and ownership," he said.

Senior Engineer Hangson Nuwamanya urged stakeholders to control costs, maintain good working relationships, and hold regular site meetings to track progress and address challenges promptly.

These projects signal a strong commitment by Rukungiri Municipal Council to enhance public health infrastructure and environmental management in the municipality.
