Organisers say it is designed as a cultural showcase that blends international talent with local creative energy, while also promoting Uganda's tourism and entertainment industries.

Speaking during a press engagement, Desire Mugumisa, Senior Manager Corporate Affairs at Next Media, emphasised the cultural relevance of dancehall music in Uganda and the broader vision behind the partnership.

"Dancehall is very big in Uganda; it is part of what our sound is. There is also the tourism factor. We want to showcase Uganda and what we are about," Mugumisa said.

Through Afro Mobile, organisers say the concert will reach audiences beyond Uganda's borders, extending the visibility of both international performers and local creatives.

The platform continues to position itself as a key player in Africa's digital content distribution space by amplifying regional entertainment and storytelling.

At the same time, Next Media is leveraging its broadcast reach across television, radio, and digital platforms to promote the event widely, positioning Kampala as a growing hub for large-scale live entertainment experiences.

Spice's visit to Next Media Park created a surge of excitement across the media house's platforms, setting the tone for what is expected to be a high-energy performance on Saturday.

The Safari Beats concert is expected to attract a large crowd, further cementing Kampala's status as a regional destination for global entertainment acts.
