Botswana: Two Appear for Single Count of Murder

Letlhakane — Two men of Letlhakane, Boikhutso Nkoshwane (42) and Donald Malonda (36) were on Monday arraigned before Letlhakane Magistrate Court on a single count of murder.

According to Letlhakane Police Station Assistant Superintendent Thojane Segomotso the police were alerted by a passerby who saw a motionless body.

He said he was taken to Letlhakane Primary Hospital where he was certified dead.

Particulars of the offence are that the accused persons, and another suspect, who is still at large, attacked the deceased, who they accused of trespassing and stealing.
