Uganda: Infotrust Launches School Fees Support Campaign for Land Buyers

Infotrust Property Consultants Limited has unveiled a new campaign aimed at helping families secure their children's education while investing in land, offering school fees support to buyers under its new Talala Planned Kid Campaign.

The initiative was announced by Infotrust Chief Executive Officer Miriam Tusubira Halera during an appearance on Salam TV's Salam Breakfast Meeting show alongside Umar Kikaye.

Halera said the campaign is designed to help parents plan for their children's education by combining property ownership with long-term school fees support.

Under the promotion, clients who purchase land from Infotrust worth Shs15 million will receive a school fees top-up of Shs500,000 every term for seven years.

The funds will be deposited directly into the buyer's designated school fees account.

"If the fees are less than that amount, the remaining balance will be saved for your other use," Halera explained.

She added that parents whose children change schools only need to notify Infotrust, especially where payments are made directly to school accounts, so that the company can update the payment details.

For customers interested in plots without land titles, Infotrust is offering alternative packages starting at Shs9 million. Buyers under this category will receive Shs250,000 per term as a school fees top-up for their children for seven years.

Halera said the campaign reflects Infotrust's commitment to supporting families by turning land ownership into a tool for both wealth creation and education planning.

"I would like to thank all Salam TV viewers for always welcoming me and supporting me," she said. "They have never treated me differently even though I am not Muslim."

She also highlighted the company's track record in delivering its estate projects, saying Infotrust continues to expand its portfolio by identifying new land opportunities across different locations.

"All the Salam Estates projects are always completed, and we continue to look for other land in different estates that I bring forward," Halera said.

Infotrust Property Consultants Limited, located at Emesa Building in Ntinda opposite Kampala Hospital, offers property-related services including land sales and estate development.

The company said interested buyers can visit its offices for site visits, documentation and registration for the Talala Planned Kid Campaign.
