Leaders Convene for U.S.-Africa Business Summit 2009

African and American government and business leaders got together in Washington for the annual summit convened by the Corporate Council on Africa. As part of the U.S.-Africa Business Summit, four African heads of state, participated in a Presidential Roundtable on regional integration. The presidents of Rwanda, Ghana, the Republic of Congo, and Sao Tome and Principe answered questions, along with Brian Herlihy, CEO of Seacom. Questions were posed by David Senay, CEO of Fleishman-Hillard. Following are excerpts.
