Mo Ibrahim Foundation Concert and Forum 2009
The Mo Ibrahim Foundation held a celebration of African culture and discussion forum in Dar es Salaam on November 14-15, with a focus on climate justice, agriculture and food security, and regional economic integration. The Foundation announced last month that no Ibrahim Prize for African Leadership would be awarded to a former head of state this year.
