Museveni Sweeps Flawed Ugandan Poll

The Electoral Commission declares President Museveni victor of Uganda’s presidential ballot, winning with 68.38 per cent of total votes. Commonwealth observers said although the running of elections reflected improvements, there were still shortcomings and there had not been a "level playing field".
