South Africa Court Ruling Reopens Zuma Controversy

The Supreme Court of Appeal has set aside the decision to clear Judge President Hlophe for trying to influence the Constitutional Court in connection with corruption charges against President Zuma.

13 Constitutional Court judges filed a complaint against Hlophe in 2008.
