Malagasy Leaders Sign 'Roadmap' to Democracy

Under pressure from Southern African leaders, Madagascar's leader, Andry Rajoelina, has backed down and signed an agreement which will give ousted president, Marc Ravalomanana, amnesty to allow him to return to the country ahead of elections.
