Group Agrees To Fund Libyan Opposition

Participants in an International Contact Group meeting on Libya in Rome have agreed to set up a new multi-million-euro fund to aid the opposition fighting against Muammar al Gaddafi's regime with the United States and Europe promising to access the frozen assets of the Libyan leader.
