Libya Govt Forces Committed War Crimes - UN Human Rights Panel

A United Nations-ordered panel investigating human rights abuses in Libya says that Government forces have committed war crimes and crimes against humanity during the course of their crackdown on opposition forces seeking the ouster of Colonel Muammar al-Gaddafi.
