Zambian President Michael Sata: Fresh Broom or Dictator?

In less than two weeks, Zambia's President Michael Sata has renamed three main airports, reversed the sale of a major bank, dissolved three major parastatal boards, fired all 72 district commissioners appointed by his predecessor, and sacked the country's police chief.
