Rwanda: Top Army Officers Arrested

Four top army officers suspected of doing business deals in neighbouring Democratic Republic of Congo have been suspended and placed under house arrest.

Two of the four officers arrested: Fred Ibingira (Chief of Staff, Reserve Forces) and Rutatina (Military Intelligence chief).
