Uganda: Rebel Group Still Killing After Two Decades

For at least 20 years the Lord's Resistance Army has raped and murdered its way through East and Central Africa. What started off as armed resistance against government turned into military conflict and until today the group continues to commit acts of child abuse, torture, forced recruitment and trafficking.
