South Africa: Minister Launches Inquiry Into Fisheries Tenders

South African Minister of Agriculture, Fishery and Forestries launched an inquiry to look into tender practices after reports of alleged irregularities in the awarding of tenders.

Forestry and Fisheries (DAFF) confiscated two boats and arrested a total of 28 alleged poachers on Robben- and Dyers Island respectively.
