Tunisian Govt Bans Protests in Iconic Street

The Tunisian government announced on its Facebook page that protests would henceforth be banned on Avenue Habib Bourguiba. The street is symbolic to many Tunisians due to the number of protests staged there that led to the overthrow of former president Zine El Abddine Ben Ali.
