U.S. Rallies Business, Govt to Boost African Energy

The United States is taking steps to bring its resources and expertise in the energy sector to partner with African countries in boosting energy supplies, at the same time opening new markets to U.S. business, says the Obama administration's top diplomat on Africa, Johnnie Carson.
