Somalia’s New President Inaugurated
President Hassan Skeikh Mohamud was sworn into office at the police academy in Mogadishu. During the ceremony, the new leader said he would focus on stability, security and the justice system.
Copies of the Qur'an were laid out ahead of the swearing-in ceremony for members of the New Federal Parliament of Somalia that took place earlier this year.
