South African Flood Death Toll Rises

South Africa's emergency services have made a grim discovery, as the body of an eight-year-old boy who drowned in Mlumati River in Nkomazi, Mpumalanga, has been recovered. At least 12 others have died in the Limpopo floods and several districts in the north of that province are still unreachable.
