S Africa Deployment 'Constitutional'
The presidency has said that president Jacob Zuma followed constitutional procedure when troops were deployed to the Central African Republic. Thirteen South African soldiers were killed in clashes with rebels. Opposition parties had called for an explanation as to why soldiers were originally sent to CAR.
