WIll S Africa's Zuma Send Secrecy Bill For Review?

A political analyst believes that there is a strong possibility that president Jacob Zuma will send the Protection of State Information Bill back to parliament to be re-worked before he signs it into law. The bill was recently passed with a call from many that it be referred to the Constitutional Court.
