Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda Collaborate on Infrastructure

An East African development plan has been set in motion by Presidents Uhuru Kenyatta of Kenya, Paul Kagame of Rwanda and Yoweri Museveni of Uganda for the construction of a railway line that will run through the three East African countries, and to collaborate on the building of an oil refinery in Uganda.
