Troops in Sudan's Darfur Can Use Force - UN

The United Nations spokesman in Darfur has said that chapter seven of its charter allows hybrid troops in the region to retaliate with fire if attacked, contrary to reports that Tanzanian slain soldiers were unable to do so.
