Hague Moves to Protect Witness in Kenyan Case

The International Criminal Court has issued a stern warning after alleged attempts to reveal the identity of the first witness. The court was then prompted to rule that the witness' testimony against Deputy President William Ruto will be held in a closed session.

Judge Chile Eboe-Osuji of Nigeria is presiding at the Ruto trial, assisted by judges Olga Herrera Carbuccia of the Dominican Republic, left, and Robert Fremr of the Czech Republic, right.
