Europe-Africa Summit Boycott Bid Fails

African Union Commission head Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma and President Goodluck Jonathan of Nigeria were among about 60 leaders who attended, including dozens from Africa, while Presidents Robert Mugabe and Jacob Zuma of South Africa were the most prominent who stayed away.
