African Development Bank Reflects On 50 Years, Looks Ahead 50+

The African Development Bank's (AfDB) has formally launched its golden jubilee, with President Donald Kaberuka and other leaders refllecting on how far the Group has come since it was formed a half century ago and looking ahead for the next 50. Throughout April, launch ceremonies are planned for the 32 countries in which the AfDB has field offices. Retrospection and prospection will be the focus at the annual meetings in Kigali May 19 to 23. More information here.
