East African Heads Meet to Discuss Security

Heads of State and government from the Inter-Governmental Authority on Development countries plan to meet in Addis Ababa to discuss ways of improving peace and security in the region, with a focus on South Sudan's conflict and the security threats from militant group Al-Shabaab.
