S.Africa: E-Toll Administration 'Very Poor'

Neren Rau, CEO of the South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SACCI), has said that the poor service experienced by road users on e-toll administration is concerning. The statement comes after SACCI surveyed more than 6 600 motorists on e-toll policy.
