DR Congo Reshuffles Military Pack

President Joseph Kabila has reorganised the county's military with the creation of three military zones, a move Alex Ntung  an expert on the Great Lakes Region believe is an attempt to maintain control over the army's hierarchy and manage local threats across the country.
